GenieConnect®

GenieConnect® is for local authorities and care providers focused on doing the right thing for the people in their communities who help older people and people with learning disabilities live independently, providing peace of mind to their families.

How does GenieConnect® work?

Genie, the Digital Companion

They offer a personalised digital companion designed to help individuals maintain their independence for longer. Their care team uses a centralised hub, the Care Portal, to manage and deliver remote care efficiently. This includes scheduling and monitoring health and well-being reminders, hydration, prompts and daily living activities .

With video-calling capabilities, the care team can connect with recipients, providing a comprehensive remote care service. Additionally, the companion app enabled extended care networks to stay c connected with their loved ones, fostering a wider support system.

The Care Portal provides intelligent insights, auditing and analytics tools to help care providers and local authorities make informed, person-centred decisions for the people they support and their businesses.

The companion app minimises unnecessary travel and also saves costs, their solution enables providers to deliver more care, attract a new workforce, and empower more individuals to live independently.
